Our Floridays Resort units are locally property managed by Contempo. Contempo will be available to assist you with any questions during the course your stay.

Contempo is based at 43344 US Highway 27 North, Davenport, Florida 33837 and can be contacted by telephone on 863-424-2226 or Toll Free 1-800-475-1694.  Their e-mail address is reservations@contempogroup.com should you wish to communicate with them.

Contempo managers are available 24 hours a day, so if there is anything you need during your visit, they are there to help.

This unit has high speed internet access.  Guest must provide their own ISDN connection cable for their computer.  Wi-Fi access is also available throughout the common areas of the Resort.

Once final settlement has been received, you will be contacted by Contempo and provided with full details regarding how to access the unit.  The condo has an electronic keypad which permits access to the unit during the duration of your stay.  You will assigned a keycode # that will operate the door lock by Contempo.

PRICES
Please add 12.5% local sales & hotel tax to prices. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices are all-inclusive, except as indicated below. Charges on your credit card will appear under the merchant name "Millenia Realty."

CLEANING
Standard maid service (upon departure) is included in stays.  This excludes any surcharge that will be imposed for additional cleaning should our strict non-smoking policy be violated (see below).  Additional maid service may be available at more frequent intervals for an additional fee.  Washer/Dryer are included with the unit.

PAYMENT
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are all accepted.

A 50% Deposit of the total Rental Cost due must be received at the time of the booking – the balance is due to be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the arrival date.

NON SMOKING POLICY
For the health and comfort of our guests, a strict non-smoking policy is operated – please see Security Deposit details below.

PETS
Pets are strictly not permitted on the premises.

Any violation of our strict non-smoking/no pet policies will incur an additional full villa cleaning surcharge that will be charged against this security deposit.

CHECK- IN / OUT
Check- in time is 4:00 pm.  Check-out time is 10:00 am - prompt departure is requested since this will enable our cleaners to prepare for the arrival of our next guests. Special accomodations may be possible subject to availability.

VEHICLE PARKING
Free parking is provided at Floridays.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon written notification being received, the following is applicable:

• More than 45 days in advance of the agreed Arrival Date of the Booking, 100% of the full Rental Cost will be refunded (including deposit).

• At 45 days or less prior to the agreed Arrival Date, NO refund of any deposit or advance payment will be permitted.
